There are a number of reasons why your Challenge submission may not have been approved:
You submitted the wrong image than requested
The image was blurry or unclear
The equipment was cut off in the picture
Your geolocation from your phone does not match with the location of your home
If your Challenge is not approved for any reason, you will have the opportunity to resubmit your Challenge. You will have 3 submission attempts before your submissions are blocked. You will need to contact Customer Success to re-enable submissions.
